Telemedicine available during public health emergency

At The Hopper Group, the health and well-being of our patients, employees, and communities is our top priority. We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) and are committed to being responsive to the needs of our patients as the situation evolves.

If the crisis continues, we will be proactive and prepare. To support our patients during this public health emergency we will use Telemedicine as the standard plan for your appointment. While not all patients generally are candidates for Telemedicine, The Hopper Group will be providing Telemedicine standardly to all during this public health emergency.

We use HIPAA compliant technology for Telemedicine. If you haven’t enrolled in our telemedicine process, it only takes a few minutes. You will receive an email with our updated Telemedicine packet.

In an emergent situation, your Telemedicine health care provider will advise your emergency contact and/or local emergency personnel.
